C3M Studio attained planning listed building consent for 20 Craven Hill Mews, in July 2020. The project is located, facing South, in a beautiful bijou’ mews, backing on to the large properties at 58 Queens Gate Gardens.

Investigative works and mobilisation of the procurement ‘design team’ progressed during September and October 2020. We are successfully working and supported by #HTS #SHORE, #JonDingleLtd

Currently we are halfway through construction works, pleased to be working with #CBROS construction as the principal contractor.

We are engaged as Architects and procurement managers, supporting our client with the on site the procurement negotiations and project management works.

Subject to the ever changing restrictions and supply chain challenges that the construction industry are facing, we are optimistic, currently ‘PC’, for phase 1, is projected for April 2021.
