Another retail unit in the parade on Charing Cross Road has completed and been awarded PC.
We dropped in to meet with our principal contractor: John Brooks from Imagineered. Who showed us round the premises, showing the team, all the commissioning, agreeing final snags, and concluding that we are now ready for tenants to take the space well in advance of the festive season.
Imagineered have produced a great quality of space with a limited budget and with changes, imposed by the buildings existing condition, throughout the process and always responding swiftly.

The two units were previously the double unit known as Pordes Books, which moved further up the parade last year.
WCC agreed this was a positive proposal of the former double unit , then being restored to two original small independent 19th century layouts. Period correct shop fronts also replace the poor 1960’s frontage. #ShopSmall #IndependentRetail #CXR
