C3M Studio have submitted planning for the reconfiguration of a Grade II listed mews house in the heart of the Baywater Conservation Area in Westminster. Works include the careful reconfiguration of internal spaces, with sensitively handled external alterations to the mews facade to improve access to the property. The proposals will create a modern family residence whilst maintaining and preserving the heritage significance of the listed building.

New lead clad dormers, re-pointing of brickwok, restoration of stone and re-painting of stucco detailing, breathe new life into an excellent example of an inter war warehouse building. In addition to fully refurbished and re-imagined interiors, a substantial roof terrace now provides staff and visitors outdoor amenity with excellent views across Clerkenwell and the City of London.
