We are delighted, relieved, and excited to now be, programmatically, over the halfway mark for our FARMSIDE project, in Bickley, Bromley, Kent & South East London.

This project commenced with the feasibility and design package works in March 2020, with twice weekly Zooms throughout LD01, submitted for planning in July, gained planning in September, commencing on site in November 2020.

Last week we monitored the installation of the large quantity of #Crittal (TM) windows – ‘which are looking fantastic’, commented from the client and procurement team.

Following a minor battle with HMRC customs, we finally received delivery of the large VELUX large roof light (9mx1.5m), which had to be craned on the the new extension of the delightful ‘Arts & Crafts’ property late on Friday afternoon.

This week we are in the process of signing off the final designs for the joinery, appointing a master craftsman, testing the first fix electrical, plumbing, in preparation for the dry works, to commence in July, along with the bespoke kitchen installation.

Estimated practical completion is September 2021. With external works completing In November 2021
