To live – Planning Submission Craven Hill Mews, W2

C3M Studio have submitted planning for the reconfiguration of a Grade II listed mews house in the heart of the Baywater Conservation Area in Westminster. Works include the careful reconfiguration of internal spaces, with sensitively handled external alterations to the mews facade to improve access to the property. The proposals will create a modern family residence whilst maintaining and preserving the heritage significance of the listed building.

C3M STUDIO are pleased to have been appointed by The Vision Foundation (formely The Greater London Fund for the Blind) to remodel their existing headquarters in Central London. The Vision Foundation has been supporting and speaking out on behalf of blind and partially sighted people across London for close to 100 years.

To Work – 175 St Johns Street, External Works Completion

New lead clad dormers, re-pointing of brickwok, restoration of stone and re-painting of stucco detailing, breathe new life into an excellent example of an inter war warehouse building. In addition to fully refurbished and re-imagined interiors, a substantial roof terrace now provides staff and visitors outdoor amenity with excellent views across Clerkenwell and the City of London.

To learn – Design Ventura 2019, The Design Museum

C3M STUDIO’s Clare Moore is acting for as a design mentor for Design Ventura 2019. The programme challenges students are to design a new product for the Design Museum Shop with the winning product manufactured and sold at the shop. The programme is supported by free workshops, teacher CPD and visits to the Design Museum and offers young people a chance to develop design thinking, creative and business skills.
