To CREATE : an Architects Studio: who is C3M Studio?

We have had recently the luxury of meeting with many new clients, new networks, developers in South and Central London, presenting our approach to architecture development and adding value through design. We decided to publish a post describing to ‘social media’ who we are, where we have been and where we are going.

So let’s begin…..

C3M STUDIO are a RIBA Chartered Architects Practice, lead by two directors.

The practice ethos is ‘adding value through design’ and ‘good clients make good projects’

The studio was founded by Clare Moore in 2011.  Christopher Cockrell joined the studio in 2019 as Creative Director.  Both Directors have previously held senior management positions at AJ100 architectural practices.

Over the past 12 years the studio has generated a diverse body of work of differing scales and typologies.

We have an expertise in feasibility, planning, design, construction, refurbishment and redevelopment covering luxury residential, social housing, restaurant, retail, workplace, charity HQs, and more recently client well-being retreats in Cyprus and Portugal.

We are also actively involved education and teaching both at universities and the London Design Museum.

The studio offers full architectural services, site appraisal and feasibility studies, concept design, detailed planning and listed building applications, construction documentation, contract administration, site observation and monitoring roles.

The geography of work is primarily London and the South East.  At present the studio has projects in Central London: Camden, Westminster, Kingston, Kensington & Chelsea, Islington., + South East, Bromley, Beckenham, Petts Wood, Biggin Hill, Westerham, and Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells with bespoke projects further afield in, Scotland, Cyprus, Portugal, Jersey.

The studio approaches each project as a opportunity to create a unique architectural proposition that responds to, and exceeds the clients aspirations and requirements and is firmly rooted in the specific site conditions, historic, and prevailing cultural, political and socio economic conditions.

In the meantime, we have blocked out many of our evenings & weekends to hit the degree shows for new talent in Central London, Canterbury, Nottingham, Brighton, Manchester Edinburgh & Glasgow….as we would like some new young talent to join our team.
