We are delighted to have submitted, and had validated, our final planning application for this year; Barnfield Wood Road, Park Langley, Beckenham.
The proposals are for the refurbishment, reconfiguration and extension to a substansial detached home in our leafy locale’ of Park Langley.
As always, we believe that #GoodClientsMakeGoodProjects, and we have had the huge advantage of our clients taking the mesured risk of undertaking all the feasibility and design work prior to exchanging and completing on the ownership of the property.
This means a week after collecting the keys we have been able to submit the fully coordinated planning application, mobilise a team for the initial site investigations and strip out scope of works, this is with a view to not loosing any time in the procurement programme, aiming for PC in early September.
We are also really pleased, pre festive break we are pleased to have appointed our ‘Mobilisation’ Contractor: Oak-3 and Structural Engineers: Mosaic CSE. These are both local companies to the site location and to C3M Studio. In line with our ‘B corp’ commitment to sustainable approaches to procurement following on from the concept the detail design stages.
We are also currently in process of appointing the extended team prior to 2023, with an aim to hit the ground running in the New Year.
