Bespoke office fit out for Development Company in the heart of Marylebone, London. All furniture was specifically bespoke designed by C3M Studio for the project, including, desks, meeting tables, partitions, AV wall, full height storage.
Following 6 years of occupation C3M Studio were asked to co-ordinate the dilapidation works for return to the landlord. All bespoke designed fit out was retained for the new tenant, with new ceilings, floor finishes and paint finish throughout. The carefully considered flexible design will now serve future occupiers.
