Arriving at 76-78 Charing Cross Road, we caught up with the new proprietor of the former site that was ‘The Child of Jago’, had a lovely artisan salmon breakfast bun and coffee, memories of Pulgia 2019… #Baaria www.baaria.co.uk – incidentally meeting the new proprietor and planning a review later this week to assess the basement. Then we went on to a site visit with our committed contractors ‘Imagineered’, cost consultants and project managers ‘Academy Consulting’ at 58-60 Charing Cross Road, the former Pordes Books, being split into two units for let in July 2022. (*Currently under construction)
