C3M Studio currently have two submissions, pending decision, in Bromley, submitted in January 2022.
One is situated in Park Langley, Beckenham, for a lovely ‘bijou’ Golf ‘Swing Studio’. Recommended for approval, pending processing, so we can invite our local contractors price.
The other is for refurbishment, reconfiguration and extension to a detached 1930s property in ‘Petts Wood’. A Noel Rees property, where restoration and reconfiguration is key to #addingvaluethroughdesign
Both of these applications are in #Conservation Areas, so have been designed respecting the immediate context and surrounding properties with a sensitive approach to height, scale and mass.
Our studio has over 25 years of experience working on applications in sensitive locations. These challenges make our work more rewarding and interesting. Always responding with an approach that is sensitive to local context, with regards to economies of scale and budget.
The golf ?? ‘swing studio’ justified our tickets ? to ‘The 150th Open’, (surely this is research & development?) this year being hosted in my beautiful homeland, St Andrews. 4 days off in July on the horizon is not so far away.
