Instructed to commence the concept & feasibility design in early March 2020… to then work fairly swiftly to gain full planning permission – September 2020 (a rapid 9 week submission to successful consent)……commencment on site at beginning os January 2021… completion April 2022.
Needless to say the team faced every challenge of the 2 years, resulting in a fantastic property, restored and modernised within a sensible budget.
